Modular Mammography Program (MMP)

This program is a collaborative effort between the Cancer Institute, community clinics, and local health units. The MMP provides screening mammograms to women age 40 and older in 23 counties of Arkansas that do not have FDA-approved mammography facilities. Unlike mobile units, the modular unit is housed in a van and taken into clinics across the state. This program is funded by the Arkansas Affiliate of The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
