Cancer Center Membership

The Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute (Cancer Institute) is committed to reducing the incidence, morbidity and mortality of cancer by developing strong interdisciplinary research programs. The Cancer Institute invites any UAMS faculty, staff, or collaborating researcher to apply for membership in the Cancer Institute. The cancer center provides a forum for interactions and collaboration among scientists with common interests and serves as a conduit for the dissemination of basic and clinical information related to cancer research and treatment. Cancer center members are given priority access and discounts for shared resources and will have access to pilot funds for the development of new cancer-related research ideas.
